The PG-60T Cryogenic Deflashing & Deburring Machine (60 Liter) is masterfully engineered for unparalleled precision deflashing of rubber and plastic components.

Processing Principle

When temperatures drop, rubber and plastic parts harden and become brittle. The cryogenic deflashing machine operates precisely when the flash is brittle while the main products retain flexibility. High-speed projected special plastic media (Polycarbonate blast) strike and clear the brittle flash effectively without compromising the product integrity.
