Q1: What is the product warranty?
All of our POS products come with a 1-year / 12-month warranty. We support free components and online technical assistance during the warranty period. Post-warranty, original components are available at competitive prices, along with continuous technical support.
Q2: Do you offer OEM & ODM services?
Yes, as a factory we provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services. OEM service is free of charge when the order quantity reaches our MOQ, and is provided at a minimal cost for orders below MOQ.
Q3: Are the items kept in stock?
We generally produce items customized to specific client requirements. However, we maintain a stock of spare parts for standard sample configurations, allowing sample orders to ship within 2-3 days post-payment. Standard volume orders ship in 5-7 days, while custom OEM/ODM timelines depend on requirements.
Q4: What are the accepted payment methods?
For sample orders, full payment via T/T is required in advance. For standard volume orders, terms are 50% T/T in advance and the remaining 50% T/T before shipment. For long-term partners, terms can be adjusted to 50% T/T in advance and 50% L/C upon presentation of the Bill of Lading.
Q5: What are the delivery options?
For small and sample orders, products can be delivered via DHL, UPS, or specialized express routes. For bulk and volume orders, delivery is arranged via air cargo or sea freight, depending on the volume and client preference.
Q6: How is product quality controlled, and what is your primary market?
We specialize in POS system design and development, adhering to European standards during production. Our primary markets are Europe and South America. Our typical customer base includes POS software developers, IT solution providers, and retail management companies.
