What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom drones?
For OEM customization (logo/color scheme only), the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM customization (functional adjustments), the MOQ is 100 units. Discounts are available based on order volume.
Can we get samples to test performance before bulk orders?
Yes! You can apply for 1-2 paid samples. After a successful test, the sample fee can be deducted from your bulk order payment. Standard configuration is default, but customized samples are available upon request.
Do you provide technical flight tuning support?
Yes. For bulk orders, we offer free online tuning guides, including videos and manuals for racetrack racing, freestyle flying, and indoor practice scenarios.
What is covered under the product warranty?
Electronic components such as motors, ESCs, and flight controllers come with a 1-year warranty under normal operating conditions.
Are the drones compatible with mainstream FPV goggles?
Our products are compatible with all mainstream frequency band transmitters and goggles, including DJI FPV and Fat Shark. We can pre-install specific receivers according to your requirements.
What is your production capacity for these units?
Our current production capacity is approximately 50,000 pieces per year, ensuring stable supply for both small and large-scale requirements.
