Developed embedded PCBA for a U.S. home appliance brand’s floor-cleaning robots. Hardware integrates LiDAR, infrared obstacle avoidance, and motor drive modules. Firmware features SLAM path planning. Tests confirm over 95% obstacle avoidance success rate and 98%+ cleaning coverage.
2. Core PCBA Development for Smart Watches
Developed a compact PCBA (30mm×35mm) for an Australian sports brand, integrating heart rate, blood oxygen, 6-axis motion, and dual-mode positioning. Supports 15 sports modes with 14-day battery life (normal mode).
