Our production process for connector housings starts with in-house mold design and mold flow analysis. High pressure die casting (160-1250T) using ADC12 aluminum, Zamak 5 zinc, or AZ91D magnesium. After casting, we perform CNC machining (3/4/5 axis) for critical features: threads, sealing grooves, mounting holes, and mating surfaces with +/-0.01mm tolerance. Surface finishing options: electroplating (gold/silver/nickel/antique), anodizing (silver/black/clear), powder coating (any RAL), and chromating.
